  • What is SendSoul?
    We believe in love, friendship and lifting each other up. We also believe in the power of kindness and a positive focus to help to shift how we feel. We send hand-written messages of support and encouragement to your loved ones that are personalised to their situation.
  • How Does SendSoul work?
    1. Browse our Soul Store to find the type of support you want to offer your 'soul-mate'. When you have found the right category, select whether you want to Send Soul support for 1, 3 or 6 months. 2. To choose the length of time to support your friend with Send Soul, we think its best to consider how long their current situation is likely to go on for. For instance, Send Soul co-founder, Pier, sent Caragh messages of support throughout her medical treatment period. If you friend is going through a divorce, financial issues or have become a new parent - they might need support for differing lengths of time. If you purchase 3 months and it turns out your friend would benefit from 6 months, you're welcome to purchase another subscription. We will send weekly packages to your loved one for that duration. 3. When you place your order, we will ask you some questions about your 'soul-mate' which will help us to personalise the supportive messages we send them on your behalf.
  • The website refers to 'soul-mates'. Is SendSoul just for partners?
    Send Soul packages can be sent to anyone you love and want to support in some way. We believe that soul-mates are a reflection of ourselves found in another, helping us to navigate each level of our experience. Soul-mates can show up as a loving partner, a friend or a family member. When refer to soul-mates, we are speaking of those that we support with our Send Soul packages.
  • Can I get a refund?
    SendSoul spend a significant amount of time creating bespoke products per order. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the terms are faulty. For the avoidence of doubt, 'faulty' in this context means torn, crumpled, unreadable, soggy or otherwise damaged. All products are true to the images on this website - except that each design and message is unique. All products are photographed prior to shipping to ensure quality control. If your products are faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will then need to receive your returned product within 5 days. Once the item is received, it will be reviewed to determine the fault. A refund will be processed within 7 days if it is agreed that the fault is the responsibility of SendSoul. We do this because we are passionate about making a difference to others. Therefore, if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, contact help@sendsoul.co.uk and we will do everything we can to assist.
  • What's the deal with shipping?
    We like to make sure that your order gets to you as safely and as speedily as possible and so all t-shirts are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Services. Currently, we are only shipping to UK addresses and shipping is added at a flat rate of *********** per package. Due to the nature of our product, it takes one week to get a month's worth of cards ready to ship. Once packaged and ready to go, all orders will be sent on the next Thursday. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your orders. If your order is for 3 or 6 months, it will be sent on the same Thursday of each month. As the company grows, we will aim to revisit this policy and will update you as this happens.
  • Is SendSoul mass produced?
    No. Every SendSoul package is hand crafted with your soul-mate's specific circumstance in mind. No two orders will be exactly the same.
  • Will my loved one think their SendSoul package comes directly from me?
    If you want! We are passionate about helping loved ones show up for each other. It can be challenging at times to really be there for each other. Whether we are separated by distance and time; it is challenging to physically be there everyday; you're struggling to understand each other; you just don't know what to say. We've been on either end of this equation, and we strongly believe that showing up for your friend in ther time of need is one of the most transformative actions we can share. If you want us to write your name on each of the SendSoul packages, just let us know in your order form. We're not interested in the plaudets. We just want to increase kindness and love.
  • Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
